CUSTOM SIZING & HOW TO MEASURE


To ensure that the hanbok is going to fit you perfectly, we advise you to get the help of a family or friend and measure everything 2-3 times to be certain. Measure in centimeters (cm).

  • Measurement Guide

1. Upper chest


Raise your arms and measure around your upper bust at around 3 centimeters above the teats, below the armpits...

and accross the widest part of your back.

2. Chest


Measure around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level).

3. Hwa-jang (Arm & sleeve length)


Start measuring from the protruding bone in the center of your nape to the end of your shoulder...

and all the way down to the back of your hand. Measure down 1 inch below your wristbone.

4. Armpit size (Armhole)

6. Chong-jang (Total Length)


First, find the protruding bone in the center of your nape. Start measuring from that point and all the way down to your heels.

7. Upper Arm


First, find the protruding bone in the center of your nape. Start measuring from that point and all the way down to your heels.

Measure your upper arm (the widest region between the shoulder and the elbow).

10. Waist size


First, find the protruding bone in the center of your nape. Start measuring from that point and all the way down to your heels.

Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.
